⚠️ ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, the undersigned participant, understand that participation in equine and livestock activities, including but not limited to team roping, riding, handling cattle, and being present on the premises of Slingshot Cattle Co & Equine, involves inherent risks.

These risks include, but are not limited to:
• Serious bodily injury, paralysis, or death
• Injury from horses, cattle, or equipment
• Slips, falls, or unpredictable animal behavior etc
I knowingly and voluntarily assume ALL risks, both known and unknown, associated with participation.

🛑 RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS
I hereby release, waive, and discharge:
Slingshot Cattle Co & Equine, Alicia & Zach Kilgus, property owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates
from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to:
• Injury, illness, or death
• Property damage or loss
• Participation in any event, practice, or activity on the property

🐎 RESPONSIBILITY & CONDUCT

I agree to:
• Follow all posted rules and instructions
• Maintain control of my horse(s) at all times
• Accept full responsibility for my horse(s), equipment, and guests
• Keep dogs leashed at all times

I certify that I am the parent/legal guardian and give permission for the minor to participate. I agree to all terms on their behalf.

I give permission for photos/videos taken during events to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
